Early on in my career playing Australian Rules football, I struggled with hamstring issues. It was very frustrating as I thought I was doing everything in my power to prevent any problems. One section in Reuben’s program suggested I look past simply improving the strength and flexibility of the hamstring and target my glutes and core muscles. I now perform my glutes and core exercises everyday and thankfully my troublesome hamstrings are practically a thing of the past.

Hi my names Stephen and I’m a 27 years old martial artist.
