I am a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer and sports performance nutritionist who has worked in Europe, the United Kingdom, United States and currently base myself out of Sydney, Australia.
Today I live a very fulfilling life, I am able to inspire and motivate others looking to build muscle, get ripped and improve the way they live each day.
I'm a huge believer in the fact that nothing worth having ever comes easily and that it's the 'hard' that makes success feel so great. My success came after years of hard work with little or nothing to show for it.
I was sick of being the 'almost made it' kind of guy and decided to finally take control.
I come from a physically skinny background, so have many of my clients and most have come to me out of absolute desperation and a deep desire to get more from their training and more from their body. MY JOURNEY.

Just like you, I'm also on a body building journey. It started in my late teens when my father bought us a few dumbbells and a boxing bag, my body then began to respond very well to physical training and inch by inch the muscles developed.

My interest in training started to take over and quickly developed into an obsession, so I enrolled myself into further education within the industry. Once fully qualified, I did what most personal trainers do and trained people day in day out in my local gym in Sydney, Australia. This then branched out to in-home training, boot camps, physical training within the Australian army and also with the Australian football league.

Over that time I was fortunate enough to work for and gain the respect and gratitude from many clients within varied sectors of life, it was from one of these meetings that I was encouraged to take my training methods overseas and spread it across the globe.

Now in 2012, I have trained and lectured people and groups on strength and conditioning in over 129 countries and built this website as a gateway to their genuine long lasting success.

PROGRESS.

From your position you wanna learn things right now, so I won't make you wait around. I want you to ask yourself a few questions, first of all, what stage are you at in your development? Are you just starting out? Have you lots and lots of experience but just havn't seen results in a while?
