At Pureclass, personal training is a physical, psychological and emotional experience. You first increase your level of base conditioning before progressing to increase physical and cognitive skills.
Every Person has different strengths & weaknesses, and a different goal or objective while training. So, every training program is customized to address your unique fitness profile, enabling you to increase your fitness level as defined in partnership with your personal trainer.

We only train a maximum of 4 clients every 6 weeks. To allow for a truly personalised training experience. Don't be just another name in a trainers diary, know that your trainer is completely devoted to you and available whenever YOU need them.
Completely goal based personal training. Unlike other fitness trainers, Reuben has trained around the globe never failing to reach clients weight loss and muscle building goals.
After a details training analysis with each new client, Reuben will give an accurate consultation on exactly how long it will take to reach your target rather than how many sessions.

Every hour of the day, fitness and training is what Reuben does. It’s the first thing on his mind in the morning and what he enjoys most, day and night.
His fitness career started when he was trained by some of the best, first within the Australian army, and second with the Australian Institute of Fitness. People who had used their knowledge and skills in high pressure, real life situations and went on to develop a reputation as the best in their field. He then made it his ambition to take everything he learnt with him and combine them with his already proven methods of success.
His client based journey started in local gyms within his hometown and progressed onto the physical training of semi-professional football teams. Positive results were becoming a certainty and Reuben went on to take his unique experience overseas. He based himself in Dublin, Ireland and trained there from 2006 to 2009. In this time gaining valuable experience from Eastern Europe and the UK. After maintaining himself as one of Dublin's most in demand specialty trainers alongside fellow trainer Paul Stewart, he then extended Pureclass Personal Training back to Sydney, Australia where he now trains staying true to his totally personalized training philosophy.

Pureclass Personal Training is devoted to its clients each step of the way. We bring our worldwide training experience everywhere we train and are currently the only fitness training company in NSW to have entirely results based trainers. This means instead of offering our clients session based packages, for example, 10 – 20 session packs, we offer either a 6 or 12 week training program catering for the light, mid and high level trainers.
As your trainer it is my job to gather as much information on you as possible, to support your training goals. Depending on what you are hoping to achieve with personal training, it will require either a 6 or 12 week commitment from both trainer and trainee for these results to surface. I want you to understand that training with us is NOT just a quick fix solution, our job is to ensure positive life changing results.
Education is a primary factor for any successful body transformation. Understanding the process your body undertakes during exercise, is the key to gaining results by making sure the methods used by your trainer are not only correctly performed, but also completely understood!
