Hey,

See im 18+ and i want to build muscle but im about 180 lbs, I do cardio for 30mins (5mins jog+5mins run*3) will this cardio affect my muscle training?? or can i shed the excess of my body just by building muscle and doing light cardio like a brisk walk for 15mins....pls help me...thnx mate.

hey mate, have had your site as my homepage for quite sometime....

wondered if you could help me, been training for about 4 years managed to go from 11stone to 17stone, sitting at 12.5% body fat at the mo.

I find every time i try and reduce my body fat, my strength drops off big time, i use zig zag dieting and cardio along side heavy weight training 3 times a week...find i am constantly not recovering and my work outs become poor which leads to reduced performance and before long loss of muscle mass however my fat does go down also...what can i do to balance my training where training feels good along side cardio and on reduced cals with max fat loss & minimal muscle loss, i obviously don't expect to gain strength but what can i do maintain it while losing fat

why does it cost money for a diet that they just founded out erm.. i mean i really wanna lose weight but i'm 13 years old so i can't buy the diet program cause livieng at home with mom and dad and they dont wanna buy that kind of stuffs for me even how much i beg them so if anyone can tell me the diet i would be really happy i really like this girl and she dosent like me cause of my overweight i've liked this girl for 4-5 years now and i can't take the fact that in 2 years i might never see here again and that i'll never get a chance to say what i feal about her as long as i'm overweight i really hate being overweight and i really wanna lose weight and gaining muscle last year in december i lsot 4 kg but gained again in x-mas and new year even if i wathced out what i eated and drank i really wanna lose 12 kg so i can look like an normal boy at my age :( :o

Hi guys. I just thought id let you know I actually bought the diet above late last year. Was really good and Iv only got good things to say about it.

Just makes loosing a few pounds a lot easier than using traditional methods.

Anyway hope you guys don't mind me leavin a comment but im sure lots of you are in the same situation as I was. (I had stubborn belly fat for years, no matter what I tried I couldnt burn it off) This diet made some big changes and I actually found the diet pretty easy to follow.
