    Thanks Reuben,

    Have being doing the arm \"peak\" workout with great results and was waiting for a tricep version. Look forward to sore triceps next couple of days.

    Also been doing the chest workout with push ups, inclinces and decline flyes. At 42 I thought that mass/shape I had was what I was stuck with, but this workout has changed my pecs shape/size incredibly in 5 weeks. Thank you for your intelligent and well constructed workouts that actually wor.

    guys don\'t forget to take a couple of weeks off after 2 months of workout, u will see great results!!

    Yeah you should take a break after 12-13 weeks of training for about a week to prevend burnout ,great workout again
