Yeah you should take a break after 12-13 weeks of training for about a week to prevend burnout ,great workout again

Have being doing the arm "peak" workout with great results and was waiting for a tricep version. Look forward to sore triceps next couple of days.

Also been doing the chest workout with push ups, inclinces and decline flyes. At 42 I thought that mass/shape I had was what I was stuck with, but this workout has changed my pecs shape/size incredibly in 5 weeks. Thank you for your intelligent and well constructed workouts that actually wor.

WOW that workout is AWSOME! Great video, the only thing wrong was that when you were in the room and showing the different tricep muscles, the lighting was a bit too bright. I tried the workout and I only got to the 3rd set and couldn't finish the 3rd set. I feel that my triceps will be sore for like 10 days or so. But this is the kind of routine I needed for my triceps. Thanks a lot Reuben you are a great source of motivation for me to hit the gym normally. Peace

Watching you get trashed doing this superset makes me feel confident that I am doing a good job myself. You see, sometimes i can hardly finish each set .. i finish totally exhausted. I thought i was "unfit" or something but it looks like i am doin fine. I got some results too ;)
