DUDE, EVEN AFTER I REPEAT THIS LIKE 20 TIMES I STILL GET SORENESS , HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY DO OTHER WORKOUT WHEN U HAVE THIS ONE ? IT IS E X T R E M E L Y HARD BUT ITS RESULTS ARE INCREDIBLE . I DO BELIVE PRO JUICED BODYBUILDERS WOULD HAVE EVEN BIGGER LEGS IF THEY KNEW OF THIS WORKOUT..

I just tried this out. It is a good workout. Maybe a bit too intense for my current training and eating habits. Right after the workout I just had to sit down for a couple of minutes. Kind of like the feeling you get after running a Cooper test, except your legs are tired too.

Been doing the chest tri-set workput (it hurts after ever workout), the new shoulder workout and Ruebens bi and tri workouts, and getting great results.

Have been only doing "easy" leg workout waiting for (or avoiding) the pain of Ruebens training philosophy to be applied to designing a leg workout.

Well here it is, and training legs tomorrow, will post with how long it takes to walk again normally!
