Another Successful 4 Month Body Transformation: Robert Flanagan
< Getting the progress ball rolling... > Rob is an Irish guy in his early 20's. I met him while I was working in the country and to be honest he was in pretty good shape even then. The main problem he was having was that he was stuck at the same weight, and had been for almost a year. Well, as you can see, the rest is history!  I was just your average guy going to the gym 3-4 times a week not really knowing what worked and what didn’t until I got the opportunity to use Reuben’s Permanent Muscle system. *** Update *** The above transformation is an extreme example of building muscle and gaining weight in a very short amount of time. Robert himself works as a fitness trainer, meaning he spends an average of 8 hours each day working/training in a fully equipped gym. He followed a strict regime of training, dieting, natural supplementation and muscular recovery. The reason his story was posted on this site was because its results are out of the ordinary and far beyond average growth rates.
